- The ticket is individual and non-transferable.
- Seated passengers have the right to carry up to a maximum of 20 kilos of personal luggage.
- Passengers who do not board, for any reason not pertaining to the company, do not have the right to a refund of the sum of the ticket.
- Balearia takes no responsibility for articles of value that passengers carry and which they have not entrusted with the captain on boarding. It is prohibited to carry illegal or dangerous goods.

- Balearia reserves the right to modify the schedule without prior notice. Moreover, if deemed necessary, the company may replace a vessel with another and for which, in this case, the connections cannot be guaranteed.
- The company has an insurance policy, as outlined by the Compulsory Passenger Insurance.
- As regards the boarding or disembarking of vehicles, they are the responsibility of the owner or driver: Balearia will not be liable for the breakdowns that may occur as a result of these operations.
- Passengers are obliged to comply with governmental requisites by carrying with them the personal documentation required by law. The captain is the maximum authority on board in terms of law and order.
- Should there be legal proceedings arising from this ticket, both parties come under the jurisdiction of the Tribunals and Courts of Denia (Alicante) with the express relinquishment of any other court that may correspond to them.
