How long in advance is it necessary to be at the port before boarding?

For goods transport vehicles to board the ferries of Balearia you must be at the port at least one and a half hours before departure. It is not possible to get the boarding pass in advance for goods transportation. Remember that in order to be able to board you need to have booked the corresponding cargo reservation.

Do I need to have the boarding pass for my transportation vehicle?

Yes, you need to have a boarding pass for each of the passengers and vehicles that travel on the vessel. Your boarding pass will be issued at Balearia's specific cargo counters upon presentation of your ticket.

What services does BALEARIA CARGUA offer to haulers?

Balearia offers special services to haulers, especially on the longest crossings. For example, for journeys on the vessel Manuel Azaņa, haulers can enjoy a resting area equipped with berths and a private canteen, where they will be offered a food menu and drinks for free. On the cargo vessel Isla de Botafoc, haulers will be offered the possibility of having a cabin and enjoying a private canteen, where they will be offered a food menu and drinks. All at no additional cost.
