2. How can I apply for the Club Quatre Illes card?

Filling in the form you will find at the desks of all Balearia offices in the Balearic Islands and hand it in either there or sending it by mail together with the documentation that demonstrates your residence in the Balearic Islands.

Filling in the application form that you will find in this website. In this case, you will have to scan the documentation and attach it at the corresponding section or send it by fax (971 40 56 53), or by post (Balearia; Estación Marítima 3, Moll Peraires, 07015, Palma de Mallorca).
3. What documents are required to become a member of the Club?
According to the Royal Decree 1316/2001 a document stating the residence in the Balearic Islands is required. Both residence certificate and ID photocopies are valid, although the latest is preferable because its validity is longer. In any case, the document you send to us must be valid.
4. When does the card expire?
The expiration date of the card is linked to the document you send us in order to prove your residence in the Balearic Islands. In case of a residence certificate, it will expire 6 months after its issue, and for the ID, the card will expire at the same time as your ID.
5. My card has expired. What can I do?
Approximately a month before the expiration of your card you will receive a letter to remind you of that fact. In order to renew the card you can send us the renewal coupons that you will find included in the letter (together with a new document stating your residence at the Balearic Islands), or just send a fax (971 40 56 53) indicating that, with the new document enclosed, you wish to renew your card. A few weeks later a new card will be sent to your home.
6. I have lost my card. What can I do?
You can get in touch directly with the Club Quatre Illes on 902 165 185, and change your data by phone (from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday). You can also get in touch with us by fax (971 40 56 53) or e-mail club.quatre.illes@balearia.com.
7. Where can I make my reservations as a member?
When you make your reservations you are required to indicate your membership number. Remember that you can book your tickets at Balearia's desks, at 902 160 180, at our website (www.balearia.com) or through your travel agency.
8. Do I have to show my membership card when I collect the boarding cards?
Although your membership number is indicated in your booking, it is necessary to show your membership card to prove your identity when you collect the boarding cards.
