CLUB BALEARIA QUATRE ILLES   
The only requirement to become a member of the Balearia Quatre Illes Club is to be resident in the Balearic Islands.

Fill in the membership form with your personal data. You will find this form printed at Balearia's offices in the Balearic Islands, in our vessels or in electronic format here.

Enclose one of the following documents stating your residence in the Balearic Islands. If you are using the electronic form, you will have to scan it:
- A photocopy of a valid ID, with address in the Balearic Islands.
- Original resident certificate, issued by the town council, in accordance with the legislation in force.
"Libro de familia" (family book) and census certificate photocopies are not valid.

Hand in the documentation at any of our offices, or send it by post at Balearia (Estación Marítima 3, Moll Peraires, 07015, Palma de Mallorca).
